Scope of the publication
SageNoodle publishes general research and commentary about businesses and securities. The investment disclaimer explains the limits of that information. The website is not a brokerage service and does not execute investment transactions.
Using and sharing content
You may link to our public pages. When quoting or discussing the research, identify SageNoodle as the source, link to the original page, and preserve the context, date, and relevant qualifications. Reproducing substantial portions or republishing full reports requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits it.
Third-party names, trademarks, filings, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Nothing here restricts rights you have under applicable copyright exceptions.
Responsible use and availability
Do not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, or submit another person’s email address without their permission. Public links and ordinary browsing are welcome.
Content and features may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of published information. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Newsletter information
When you subscribe, the site stores your email address, any topic preferences you select, subscription status, and records used to confirm or unsubscribe the address. These support subscription management and delivery of the research digest. Confirmation emails may be sent as part of signup.
Use the unsubscribe link in a digest to stop future newsletter delivery. Unsubscribing marks the subscription inactive; it does not automatically erase the stored subscription record.
Browser storage and request information
Your reading list, followed companies, and a subscription indicator are saved in your browser’s local storage. These preferences are specific to that browser. Clearing site storage removes them but does not unsubscribe your email address from the newsletter.
The subscription endpoint uses IP addresses to limit repeated signup requests. Hosting and delivery services also receive technical information needed to process requests, such as network addresses and browser request details.
Third-party services and links
The site uses external services for hosting, email delivery, and fonts. Email delivery providers process recipient addresses and message content to send the newsletter. Loading external fonts or embedded media can send request information to their providers.
External websites and media providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those before interacting with their services or providing information to them.
Changes to this information
These pages may be revised as the publication and its features develop. The date above identifies the latest revision of this page. Revisit it to understand the current description of the service and its data practices.
